Products
Together with our partner Tanda Biotech we have systematically developed filtration systems, filters and consumables. These products are built around requirements in the Chinese market, developed in China, and supported locally.
TxFlow™ Go
TxFlow™ Go is a general-purpose automated filtration system for the lab, running both direct flow (NFF) and tangential flow (TFF). In direct-flow mode it stops automatically; in tangential-flow mode it automates concentration and constant-volume diafiltration for low-volume samples — set your target concentration factor or diafiltration volume, and the system monitors the run and stops at completion. Set up the flow path, define your target, and walk away.
It is built for routine TFF in research and sample preparation, and it is a faster, simpler alternative to dialysis — buffer exchange in hours rather than days. For GMP applications, contact us about GMP packages.
Key features
- Direct flow and tangential flow on one system — both modes on one instrument
- Direct-flow stop conditions — stops automatically on back pressure, filtration time or filtrate weight
- Automated constant-volume diafiltration (CVDF) — set the target, walk away, get reproducible results
- Filtrate weight logging with automatic endpoint detection — eliminates operator variability
- Ultra-low hold-up volume — below 0.5 mL with ReadyPath™ flow paths
- Pre-assembled flow paths — no fitting selection, no custom builds, setup in five minutes
- Scalable process parameters — optional data acquisition, so run data supports scale-up directly

ReadyPath™ ready-to-use pre-assembled flow paths
Including a 10 cm² hollow fiber membrane — the smallest membrane area and hold-up volume among hollow fiber membranes currently on the market.
ReadyPath™ flow paths are built for the small-batch, many-batch reality of personalised medicine — cell and gene therapy (C>) and cancer neoantigen vaccines — as well as low-shear concentration, diafiltration and buffer exchange for nanomedicines, exosomes, lipid nanoparticles (LNP), viral vectors, mRNA and recombinant proteins. These samples are high in value, small in volume and spread across many batches, so recovery and batch-to-batch consistency matter far more than in conventional processing.
Each flow path arrives with the hollow fiber filter, pre-connected tubing and sample vessel already assembled, with an optional inline sensor for real-time transmembrane pressure (TMP). There are no fittings to select and nothing to build. Complete flow paths and individual components can both be ordered separately — part numbers and selection are in the tables below.
Key advantages
- Ready to run — filter, tubing and vessel pre-assembled: install, load, start
- Low volume and scalable — uniform 0.5 mm fiber channels protect exosomes, LNPs, viral vectors and shear-sensitive proteins
- Single-use, no carryover — no cleaning validation, no cross-contamination between products
